R59 Mini Cooper Roadster
Years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015
The two-seat Cooper S roadster looks fantastic. Like the base roadster, it has a chopped windshield, a manual softtop, and a trunk, and the S adds a raucous 181-hp turbocharged engine mated to a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. Its increased power and laser-sharp steering, is unrivaled however, the front-drive S roadster is not a car you should take lightly. The 208-hp JCW model dials up the intensity, and is a very fun car to drive.
It is confirmed that 2015 will mark the end of production for the MINI Roadster (R59). It is one hell of a car but unfortunately it is a bitter sweet goodbye.

According to the MINI Design team, it’s this idea that’s behind the design of the MINI, and perhaps never better exemplified than with the MINI Roadster.
